The American Payroll Association is thrilled to reveal the highly anticipated artwork for the 2019 National Payroll Week! This year, “payroll saves the day” as we celebrate the unsung payroll heroes responsible for getting employees in America paid accurately and on-time, every time.
The official NPW Artwork is an important element of each year’s celebration and is a visual representation of 2019’s unique campaign core message. This year’s superhero theme places the spotlight on payroll professionals as the true heroes of a company who ensure every employee receives their hard-earned paycheck, while simultaneously collecting tax dollars that are vital to the funding of important government programs.
This year’s artwork was designed and created by San Antonio based artist Michael Cruz, Interactive Graphic Designer for the American Payroll Association. Some of Michael’s known works have been the official poster artwork for Fiesta San Antonio in 2005 and Piñatas in the Barrio in 2009, as well as working with the APA on the poster artwork for the NPW 2015 campaign.
This is truly the year of the superhero, and during National Payroll Week 2019 payroll professionals will be the biggest heroes of them all.
